About Neil Scott

With over four decades of legal and corporate experience acquired on both sides of the Tasman, Neil has an in-depth knowledge of commercial and corporate law, with particular focus on corporate regulation, commercial property & land use, and the mining & resources sector. 

From major transactions involving acquisitions and divestments of companies and business assets, capital raisings and acting for lenders and borrowers in major financing transactions, through to the many daily issues that are an essential part of business life, Neil works with clients to achieve the best possible result for them.

In addition, Neil’s specialty areas of mineral resources and land use have seen him act for mining companies, coal producers, oil exploration and production companies and more.

About David Beattie

David graduated with Honors from the University of Melbourne and commenced practice with the firm, now known as Corrs Chambers Westgarth in 1963. In 1967 he became a Partner of that firm and remained a Partner for 25 years when he retired. He was also a Partner for 7 years of the firm Dunhill Morgan & Macready.

In 1993 he set up the Chambers Practice known as the Clarence Professional Group which now comprises over 400 Solicitors, most of whom are Sole Practitioners who specialize in various areas of Law.

Jenelle is passionate about conveyancing and strives to achieve the best results for her clients. She prides herself on being highly diligent, thorough and providing exceptional service. Jenelle will go the extra mile to ensure her clients receive the best outcome.

 Jenelle brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge from many years of working as a paralegal in several well known Sydney law firms beginning in 2004. Jenelle worked as a legal secretary in the eighties and nineties before living overseas for an extended period.

She has also previously run a successful conveyancing practice 2013 to 2016.

About Judy Howard

With over 40 years of experience in the legal profession, Judy completed her Conveyancing Law & Practice course at Macquarie University in June 2017 and was subsequently approved for a conveyancers’ licence by the NSW Department of Fair Trading.

Judy has extensive experience in providing an efficient, stress-free and streamlined conveyancing service across a wide spectrum of property transactions, including but not limited to residential, investment and commercial property, retirement units & leases, family transfers, refinancing and more.

Judy is a registered PEXA subscriber and can assist non-PEXA subscribers to complete electronic transactions.
