Having worked across the legal landscape both in Australia and internationally, Alyssa has extensive expertise and a well-seasoned legal perspective.

Her expertise in intellectual property, commercial dispute resolution and regulatory law is amplified by her understanding of business, strategic branding and marketing. These specialist skills and insights enable Alyssa to protect her clients’ interests through effective asset protection and the defending of legal rights.

With over four decades of legal and corporate experience acquired on both sides of the Tasman, Neil has an in-depth knowledge of commercial and corporate law, with particular focus on corporate regulation, commercial property & land use, and the mining & resources sector.

From major transactions involving acquisitions and divestments of companies and business assets, capital raisings and acting for lenders and borrowers in major financing transactions, through to the many daily issues that are an essential part of business life, Neil works with clients to achieve the best possible result for them.

In addition, Neil’s specialty areas of mineral resources and land use have seen him act for mining companies, coal producers, oil exploration and production companies and more.

Neil is driven to achieve his clients’ desired outcomes expeditiously, cost effectively and ethically. Combined with his satisfaction when completing a complex transaction that delivers an optimal outcome for his clients, means you can be confident your legal matters are in great hands with Neil.

Jenelle is passionate about conveyancing and strives to achieve the best results for her clients. She prides herself on being highly diligent, thorough and providing exceptional service. Jenelle will go the extra mile to ensure her clients receive the best outcome.

 Jenelle brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge from many years of working as a paralegal in several well known Sydney law firms beginning in 2004. Jenelle worked as a legal secretary in the eighties and nineties before living overseas for an extended period.

She has also previously run a successful conveyancing practice 2013 to 2016.
